Our frames are guaranteed under Standard Riding Conditions*
Standard wear items such as tires, brakes, suspension systems, batteries, grip tape, skid plate, and hand grips are not under warranty.
Any item found to be less than up-to-standard can be reported to info@sprocketmobility.comÂ

*Standard Riding Conditions constitute avoiding jumping, flipping, or otherwise causing excess stress to the scooter. Standard Riding Conditions also constitute avoiding corrosive areas or improper storage where intense weather, environment, or other factors might degrade the integrity of the frame.Â

Returns subject to approval by authorized Sprocket Mobility Staff. Authorized approval is required prior to returning any item, and can be obtained by contacting returns@sprocketmobility.com or calling (415) 342-7856.
Reason for returning item is required, and photo evidence may also be requested to obtain approval for return.
Refunds will be deposited on the original credit card within 5 business days of the item’s arrival at Sprocket Mobility, Inc. headquarters.
All items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and damage or discrepancies from description and reason for return may result in the full amount paid not being returned to the customer.
Customer is liable for all necessary shipping, handling, and return fees, unless otherwise informed by an authorized Sprocket Mobility, Inc. employee.
Sprocket Mobility, Inc. is not held liable for damages incurred during transit, to or from customer.
